Engagement Overview
DMFU is hiring marketing and sales personnel for promoting and registering messes on the platform. The roles are performance-based with the following compensation structure:
Compensation Structure
- ₹100 per successful mess registration.
Bonus Structure
- 10 mess registrations in a day = ₹1500 (₹1000 + ₹500 bonus)
- 20 mess registrations in a day = ₹3000 (₹2000 + ₹1000 bonus)
Leaflet Distribution Model
- ₹500 per day for leaflet distribution (once per day) + ₹100 per successful mess registration as mentioned above.
Travel Allowance
- Travel expenses related to work will be reimbursed by the company. Proper documentation and proof of travel are required for reimbursement.
Performance Expectation
- A minimum of 10 successful mess registrations must be completed within a 7-day period.
- Failure to meet this requirement may result in the termination of the agreement.
Payment Terms
- Payments will be made on a weekly basis.
- Proper documentation of completed tasks must be submitted for payment processing.
Code of Conduct
- Personnel must conduct themselves professionally while representing DMFU.
- Misrepresentation of the company or providing false information will lead to immediate termination.
Termination Policy
- DMFU reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the minimum performance criteria are not met or if there is any breach of conduct.
Agreement Acceptance
By registering for the marketing and sales personnel position, the individual agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above and commits to fulfilling the responsibilities outlined.
